OSAlock
OSAlock is our standard conditional access and data acquisition system.
It consists of the the OSA devices attached to vehicles or equipment as well as an PC software application.
OSA devices are OSAlock devices for conditional access devices with RFID cards and keys, OSAchron devices for recording operating hours and machine condition data, OSAshock that works as a crash sensor or accelerometer.
The particular advantage of OSAlock:
Through the use of the WLAN as a wireless transmission medium there are absolutely no transfer charges. This is compared to solutions with GPRS technology, a cost benefit that will pay off after a short operating time for you!

Access control device with an integrated RFID reader. The data synchronization takes place either locally via an USB port or wirelessly via WiFi or GPRS. The device is specifically designed for use in harsh environments like fork lifts. Up to 1,000 authorized users can be managed in any device with up to 8 different authorization periods. 8,000 records of user access and vehicle operating data will be stored in the device and remain there even in case of power loss. Data acquisition device. Three analog inputs allow the versatile collection of machine states, eg "Raise", "Driving" or "Loading". OSAdirect Shortly available
Access control device with an integrated RFID reader. With the built-in display and four programmable function keys this device is ideal for a vehicle guidance system. The data synchronization is achieved wirelessly via WiFi. Working and driving instructions will be sent from the server to the device, then acknowledged by the driver and reported. Up to 1,000 authorized users can be managed in any device with up to 8 different authorization periods. 8,000 vehicle operating data will be stored in the device and held even when power outage. PC software for configuration and evaluation of the OSA system. Runs on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32- and 64-bit version available). With this application software you can manage the permissions and evaluate acquired data to prepare reports. The software is intuitive to use and requires no special knowledge to install and operate.
